Group Training

Our high energy CrossFit style class is a combination of strength training and cardio, designed to give you a fun, safe and results driven workout! We pride ourselves on our high quality coaching and have created a premium environment for you to learn new skills and achieve your fitness goals. These classes are capped at 12 people to ensure you receive the attention you deserve.

Kids Fitness

CrossFit Teens incorporates gymnastics, weightlifting (scaled accordingly – starting with a PVC bar) and metabolic conditioning. We will focus on 3 fundamental aspects of functional movement – biomechanics, consistency in execution, and intensity.

 

active mums

Our 9.30am classes are perfect for those after school drop offs. Bub and toddler friendly, get your workout in and keep an eye on the little ones in a warm and welcoming environment. The coaches may step up in distracting your pride and joy while you push out those extra few reps.

personal training

Athletes with a Monthly Unlimited Membership are entitled to a $10 discount per hour on Private Personal Training Coaching sessions. See our Personal Training page for more details.

Our classes are designed to cater for every age and fitness level. Every class is programmed to allow both beginner and advanced exercisers to work at their own pace, while ensuring you are being challenged, pushed and educated by our coaches.

A program For All Fitness Levels

metabolic conditioning

A method of training that involves a very high work rate, using exercises designed to burn more calories during your workout and maximise calories burned after your workout.

weight training

A method of training using free weights to increase bone density, improve overall strength and build muscular power. It will also have great effects on weight loss and toning up.

gymnastics

A method of training that uses body weight movements to improve the bodies awareness of itself in space. Great for athletic development.

Personal Training

If you are looking to do some 1 on 1 training, our coaches are all fully qualified Personal Trainers. Email us to book into an initial consultation with one of our coaches. Small group training options also exist – see below.

WEIGHTLOSS

Our coaches will provide their clients with nutrition guidance that is achievable and will set you on the path to success. 80% of weight loss occurs through proper nutrition and knowing when to fuel your body.

STRENGTH

Strength training will accelerate the weightloss process by increasing lean muscle mass. An increase in the amount of lean muscle we have, the better our metabolic rate and ability to burn calories.

 CARDIO

High intensity workouts, using exercises designed to burn more calories  will also maximise calories burned after your workout.
